Cascadia’s Code of Ethics is intended for use in the practice of delivery services to our clients. As a registered Salesforce Partner, Cascadia follows Salesforce’s Supplier Code of Conduct in addition to the codes below.
We will serve clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity.
We will keep the client informed of the project status and not knowingly misrepresent the facts; And, we will share this information even if it is unfavorable and may jeopardize the assignment.
We will disclose to clients any fees or commissions that we may receive for recommended goods or services, as well as, any financial interests in those goods or services.
We will respect the intellectual property rights of my clients and other consultants; And, we will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for use by myself or others, without permission.
We will use properly licensed software on my computer and distribute documents that comply with copyright laws; And, we will not knowingly participate in activities that are in violation of legal statutes or regulations.
We will only accept assignments that they, our staff and affiliates have the necessary experience and competence to perform effectively
We will refrain from inviting an employee of an active or inactive client to consider alternative employment without prior discussion with the client.
As part of our PledgeNoteHate.tech membership, we will not conduct business with organizations listed on the Southern Poverty Law Center Extremest Files.
We pay all our staff and contractors A Living Wage Employer is someone who pays all direct and contract staff the living wage rate for their region.
