We were experiencing varies problems with our database: We did not know how to change the email templates, had problems building a report and saving it for further use, during the Covid lockdown the organization waived the membership’s fee, we did not know how to update the expiration date of member’s membership without creating a new opportunity and we needed to optimize the contact’s view to facilitate the easy location of the expiration dates from our constituents.


It is important to stress that before reaching Cascadia Cloud Solutions, we got help from other people but it seems that the problems were beyond their capacity and were not resolved or well communicated. Lynda helped us the most because, she was able to understand the problematic and the impact of it, she was patient and took the time teach us step by step the processes leading to solutions. Working with Cascadia was an absolute dream. Our Organization was looking to customize the out-of-the-box Salesforce NPSP to better suit our needs.
